Under the sun, in hellish heat Volcom Brazil, organized one more WITP this time in Madre de Deus, Bahia. But not even the sun and the heat working together could keep the kids from skating all day long…
Biano Bianchin, Troy, Ragueb, Paulo Galera, and Ricardo Porva were all on sight to skate with the kids and to kick off the Volcom Tour Bahia. During the contest though, all the kids got to skate with the pros. There was a great crowd and the level of skating was really good.
In the 14 & Under division the kids skated well ad were landing some good tricks. In the 15 & Over division Alex Cardoso dominated from the beginning and took home first.
Rodrigo Oliveira won Best Trick with a nice Heel Flip Big Spin Rock Slide taking home tons of prizes.

2008 International Volcom Wild In The Parks: Brazil II Results - On the 11th of October, a Brazilian holiday for children, Volcom Brazil put together a Wild in the Parks for the kids at the Plasma Skate Park in Sao Paulo.

On the 11th of October, a Brazilian holiday for children, Volcom Brazil put together a Wild in the Parks for the kids at the Plasma Skate Park in Sao Paulo.
Volcoms pro skaters Rogerio Ragueb, Ricardo Porva, Troy and Biano Bianchin were on site to organize the event and skate with the kids.
In the 14 & under division Murilo de Souza skated well and took home first place. In the 15 & over division, there were some good amateur skaters like Boca Murcha and Dário Serutti. Guilherme Augusto pulled some technical tricks and got first place. Dário Serutti got second, Boca Murcha third and in fourth Leandro Oliveira who also won Best Trick.

Friday the 29th of August, 2008, Volcom Family Brazil lands in Uberaba, Minas Gerais, for stop #2 of Wild in the Parks Brazil 2008. Me (Ragueb), Biano Bianchin, Paulo Galera, Fabiano Lokinho and Alexandre Cotinz were welcomed by Dudu and Bianca from the shops Nollie and Overall. They escorted us to our hotel so we could get ready for the event the next day, but we didn’t settle in until we checked out the skate park.
Saturday, the sun is strong and every thing is ready. The music pumping, tents set up, everyone signed in so LET THE KIDS RIDE FREE…
The contest begins with quality skating showing to all that even in the most distant locations of Brazil there are really good skaters.
With fun and smiles everywhere, Volcom’s Rogerio Troy showed up out of no where to make some noise, making this event even more exiting for all of the participants. Every one worked together and not even the rain could stop the contest from happening.

Wild in the Parks, stop #1 for Brazil in Sorocaba, São Paulo
Last week, the 18th of July, Volcom Brazil held it’s first stop in the 2008 Wild in the Parks tour. Tons of kids showed up for the contest, the food and the free product.
Volcom’s PRO athletes Biano Bianchin, Rogério Troy and Paulo Galera were on site to organize the contest, skate with the kids and judge during the event. Troy kept all the kids busy by being a bigger, noisier and crazier kid.
In the 14 and under division Lucas Matias skated really well and took first.
In the 15 and over division, Ricardo Japinha skated well during the whole event and guarantied first in his category. Japinha also won the Best Trick nailing a perfect hard flip on a gap.
