AST China Invitational Arrives In Beijing April 18-20 For Inaguaral International Event
New York – The AST, the umbrella brand and organization of the world's most prestigious action sports events, begins its first international event on April 18-20 with the AST China Invitational in Beijing's Daxing New Media District.
The top professional action sports athletes from around the world-including Skateboard Vert athlete Andy Macdonald, BMX Vert Dew Cup champion Jamie Bestwick, and Skateboard Park competitor Rodolfo Ramos-will be competing at the inaugural AST China Invitational. Skateboard Vert Finals and Best Trick competition will be held on Saturday, April 12; Skateboard Park Prelims and Finals will be held on Sunday, April 13; and a fan-friendly BMX Vert exhibition will take place on both days.
The point's leaders in the skateboard vert/ park and BMX vert disciplines were invited to the AST China Invitational based on their ranking at the end of the 2007 AST Dew Tour season. The complete list of confirmed athletes is as follows:
