Andrew Reynolds Voted Onto the Nixon Pro Team
Nixon, the premium accessories company from Southern California, is proud to announce the addition of Andrew Reynolds to the Nixon Pro Team. Reynolds joins an elite team including Bob Burnquist, Tony Hawk, Rick McCrank, Colin McKay, Paul Rodriguez, Ryan Sheckler, and Danny Way. The first addition to the team in nearly two years, Reynolds sailed through Nixon’s team policy requiring a team vote for any new additions. “Andrew is one of the most influential skaters of all time,” affirms Nixon’s Sports Marketing Manager, Brandon Lillard. “Putting him up for a team vote was a no-brainer. Needless to say it was a unanimous vote from everyone and I look forward to seeing what Andrew brings to the table.” Born in Lakeland, Florida, Reynolds has been skating since the age of nine. He turned pro for Birdhouse in 1995 after relocating to California and went on to capture Thrasher Magazine’s Skater of the Year award in 1998. He is widely considered to be one of the most significant skaters in the world and has had an immeasurable impact on street skating. His standout style coincides perfectly with Nixon’s unique original take on design and commitment to quality.
