The grand opening of the CVSP will be on November 22, 2008. Ribbon cutting ceremonies begin at 12:00, and a pro skater demo will follow. There will be an open skate session beginning at 2:00 and ending at 4:00. Bring your helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads if you want to skate. NOTE: we are not the right folks to contact about the grand opening event, sponsorship opportunities, vendor opportunities, kitten grooming, or other questions about the CVSP. We are not organizing or running the grand opening event. We are told that Woo-Jin Shim, Councilman Peters' representative for Carmel Valley, is handling stuff related to the grand opening.
