AST Announces General Admission Tickets On Sale For 2008 Right Guard Open In Cleveland
New York – The AST Dew Tour, the world's premier season-long action sports tour, announced that general admission tickets to the Right Guard Open in Cleveland are available for purchase beginning Monday, April 28. A limited number of premium-seating tickets (Action Zone and Reserved Seating), which went on sale April 1, are still available. The Right Guard Open is the second of five events on the 2008 tour and will be held at Cleveland's North Coast Harbor, July 17-20. Returning for its second year, the event will feature the greatest talent in skateboarding, BMX and freestyle motocross, and is one of two stops to host Open Qualifier competitions.
General admission tickets are available each day for $15, adults and $7.50, children. With the advanced purchase of any AST Dew Tour ticket, Friday through Sunday, fans will receive a free ticket to the qualifying competitions being held on Thursday of the Right Guard Open. Tickets to the Thursday qualifying competitions are not for sale. Tickets will be available at Ticketmaster.com, at any Ticketmaster retail location, including select Macy's and Giant Eagle stores, or Charge-By-Phone at (216) 241-5555.
Limited quantities of the Reserved Seating ticket are available for $35 each day, Friday-Sunday, for children and adults, and guarantees premium reserved seating for all finals competitions on purchased day. Limited quantities of Action Zone tickets for the Panasonic Open are available for $100 each day, Friday-Sunday, for children and adults. The Action Zone ticket provides access to priority reserved seating for all finals competitions on purchased day, as well as official merchandise, a behind the scenes tour, 20 percent off merchandise coupon, Fast Pass Access into venues and interactive areas, along with a 12-month subscription to one TransWorld Magazine (TransWorld Motocross, TransWorld Skateboarding or Ride BMX).
The purchase of a three day ticket is also available: Action Zone 3-day pass for $250, a $50 savings; Reserved Seating 3-day pass for $90, a $15 savings; and General Admission 3-day pass for $35, a $10 savings.

Entering its fourth year, the AST Dew Tour is the most watched and attended action sports property in the world. Attendance for the 2007 AST Dew Tour totaled nearly 300,000 and an average of 41 million viewers tuned in via NBC and USA each year. The top athletes in the world will take part in this year's Tour, all competing for the highly coveted Dew Cup that will be awarded in Orlando at season's end to champions in each of the six disciplines.
