The 13th Annual Slam City Jam Skateboard contest kicked off this weekend in Calgary Canada. It took place during the pronounced "Skateboard Week" in Calgary. The total purse for the event was $100,000.00 USD. This brought skateboarders with skill levels ranging from National Amateur to International pro. Including Rob Lorifice, Karen Jones; Lacey Baker, Greg Lutzka, who all placed first in their discipline.
